Job Description

A career as a senior analyst in the Trade Support team at National Bank Independent Network (NBIN) means playing a key role in post-trade processing and client service. This role allows you to have a positive impact by combining your knowledge of financial markets, trading operations, and attention to detail to deliver an exceptional client experience. As a senior analyst, you will act as a subject matter expert, supporting both clients and internal partners while driving operational excellence. Your role Manage post-trade booking, allocation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving trade breaks, settlement mismatches, and FX issues. Collaborate with internal desks and external brokers to ensure timely matching and settlement of trades. Educate clients on processes and procedures during onboarding and throughout the client relationship. Identify trends, document procedures, and lead initiatives to improve processes and efficiency. Participate in strategic projects to close operational gaps and support revenue opportunities. Within the Trading Solutions sector, you will report to the Senior Director of Trading Solutions and collaborate with colleagues in operations, client service, and trading.
