Conduct in-depth analysis and advise on large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects and transactions Evaluate policy frameworks, incentives, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities for clients Develop business cases, financial models, and implementation plans across the lifecycle of infrastructure assets Synthesize insights from complex datasets and present findings to stakeholders Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver client-focused solutions across industries Your days will be dynamic, with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful outcomes. About the team At Deloitte’s Infrastructure Advisory team, we help clients bring ambitious infrastructure visions to life across strategy, financing, delivery, and operations. What we do: Shape strategy and business cases: Assess infrastructure needs, develop investment plans, and build compelling cases for funding and stakeholder buy-in. Unlock financing and funding: Structure deals and design funding strategies, including PPPs and project finance. Drive procurement and transactions: Design procurement processes, advise on bid strategies, and ensure value-for-money in contracts. Oversee delivery and governance: Establish governance, monitor performance, and manage risk to stay on track. Optimize operations and lifecycle value: Help clients operate, maintain, and renew assets for long-term performance. Embed innovation and sustainability: Integrate smart technologies and sustainable principles to meet challenges. In short: we act as trusted advisors helping clients turn complex infrastructure programs into financially sound, efficiently delivered, and sustainable assets with lasting impact. Enough about us, let’s talk about you We are seeking candidates who: Are working towards a post-secondary degree or diploma by September 2026, with strong academic performance Demonstrate strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, including financial modeling, valuation, reporting, market research, problem diagnosis, and solution development Are detail-oriented, organized, and adept at working with large data sets Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including research, data synthesis, report writing, and presentation preparation Possess strong problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills, and thrive in ambiguous environments Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Quebec Location: We require basic English language skills to meet client needs. You may work for clients outside Quebec where the first language is English. Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $84,000, with bonus eligibility.
