What will your typical day look like? Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex Anaplan solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic objectives and business requirements. Collaborate with senior clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Anaplan models and solutions. Develop and maintain sophisticated Anaplan models, dashboards, and reports to support clients' planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes. Provide technical and functional leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients and internal teams on Anaplan capabilities, advanced features, and best practices. Perform data integration and validation tasks to ensure data accuracy and consistency within Anaplan models. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Anaplan models and integrations, providing timely and effective solutions. Stay current with Anaplan updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously enhance solution offerings and drive innovation. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope and on time. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. About the team The Finance & Performance team has a long history of collaboration and innovation with our clients to offer holistic solutions to the most complex business issues. Enough about us, let’s talk about you Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Anaplan solutions, with a proven track record of leading complex projects. Past experience working in consulting is an asset. Anaplan Certified Model Builder and Anaplan Certified Solution Architect certifications are highly desirable. Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes. Experience developing materials to respond to proposals is an asset (e.g. RFP, RFI, Vendor of Records). Proficiency in data integration techniques and tools, including ETL processes and APIs. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior clients and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and project requirements. Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
