Job Description We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) National Director, Real Estate . This role requires a valid Quebec Real Estate License. Summary The National Director of Real Estate Services (Leasing) manages a diverse commercial portfolio, ensuring service delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic input. The role involves leading a high-performing team and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Key Duties & Responsibilities Leadership Manage and motivate a large team, attracting top talent and encouraging change management. Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process improvements, support special initiatives, and optimize reporting and data management. Workplace Delivery Act as a thought leader in service delivery, collaborating with internal leaders. Corporate Goals Meet account and corporate goals, including KPIs and savings targets. Ensure compliance with policies. Knowledge & Skills Quebec Real Estate License required. Post-secondary education in business, finance, urban planning, or related. 10 years in strategic real estate management, including transactions and asset management. Strong management experience, with at least 5 years leading large teams. Relevant designations like MCR are assets. Experience in leasing, lease administration, tax appeals, and real estate valuation. Ability to develop teams and foster external industry relationships.
