Full Stack Lead

We are looking for a Full Stack Lead to take on a hands-on leadership role in a DevOps and Production Support engagement. This position involves leading development activities, contributing to architecture and design, deploying CI/CD pipelines, and working closely with customers and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in full-stack development, DevOps, and production support, along with proven leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Act as the hands-on lead for DevOps and production support initiatives. Work directly with customers for development and support activities. Collaborate with dependent systems’ owners for impact analysis. Coordinate with offshore teams for seamless execution. Contribute to architectural and design discussions. Work on user stories and provide rotational on-call support. Deploy and manage CI/CD pipelines. Take ownership of issues and drive process improvements. Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the following: Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and Stored Procedures Front-end technologies such as Angular, ReactJS, or similar Java-based frameworks Microservices development, coding, and deployment CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins), version control systems (e.g., TFS, Git) Prior experience leading a DevOps team.
