Further information is available at www.bgis.com. Summary: The Program Director, Interiors directs the Interior Design and Relocation Services team in the BGIS Direct business unit. Specific responsibilities include supporting the Interior Design/Relocation Program Managers in the development of planning, business strategy, executing product line business strategy, business development, achieving profitability targets, continuous improvement, meeting service delivery obligations and client relationship management. The Program Director works closely with other product line leads and Account Teams to drive innovation, resolve issues and identify opportunities for growth of the business while focusing on continuous improvement. Creates and supports an integrated delivery model which is seamless to the client – One BGIS. Provides Business Development for the development and growth for the BGIS Direct Design/Build product line. Key Duties & Responsibilities People Leadership: Demonstrates strong, competent leadership for team members to guide them in reaching their full potential and meeting their objectives. Responsibilities include recruiting talent, mentoring, coaching, guiding, recommending compensation adjustments, and managing all aspects of performance. Product Line Strategy: Assists with the development and supports the product line business strategy; executes the product line business strategy. Business Development: Participates in business development strategies and targets, achieves targets, continuously engages clients to understand and anticipate needs, identifies opportunities for additional business, collaborates with operations to identify opportunities, engages prospective clients, attends relevant events to establish market presence and networks for opportunities, develops network contacts, collaborates with stakeholders on proposals and RFPs, participates in client presentations, and negotiates scope or fees when necessary. Product Development: Assists with developing new innovative and integrated offerings and re-packages existing offerings to enhance business development success and deliver value to clients; integrated offerings may include multiple product lines as one client solution. Business Profitability: Responsible for achieving profitability targets through business management excellence and development; assists with strategies for optimal business, financial, operations and risk management; provides input to Finance including forecasting and cost tracking to achieve profitability on projects. Client Relationship Management: Develops and maintains effective client relationships at senior to executive levels; resolves issues, manages expectations, and drives client satisfaction. Service Delivery Management: Delivers all client obligations and achieves operational and financial metrics; ensures work delivery complies with internal and external requirements; communicates effectively with clients, contractors, and industry bodies; facilitates resolution of escalated issues. Continuous Improvement: Identifies and implements processes, tools and technologies to improve service delivery; develops strategies for greater operational effectiveness; identifies efficiencies between BGIS Direct product lines; performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Skills: Includes university degree (business administration preferred) with 10 years of related experience; strong financial management and client service orientation; excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management; ability to lead and develop teams; continuous improvement mindset; ability to adapt to change and to manage ambiguity.
