Job Description
Overview AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Deputy Director, Environment & Energy, to join our growing team. The incumbent will lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex projects within scope, schedule, cost, quality standards, and risk management protocols. The role requires substantial experience managing large infrastructure projects, particularly in the context of international airport development or other similar complex programs. This role is on-site in Toronto, ON. Your Role Within The Team Depizes for and provides support to the Director Environment & Energy in all relevant duties. Work closely with other Senior Project Managers and Construction Managers to assist the Program Lead in delivering project objectives. Partner with the Program Lead to track contractor performance, address issues, and escalate decisions when necessary. Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and obtain required consultations and approvals. Work with the contractor to secure essential permits, approvals, and consents while managing site logistics to support smooth project execution. Oversee the completion of work in accordance with scope, timelines, costs, quality standards, and risk management protocols. A minimum of 20 years of professional experience with 15 years in an environment, sustainability, and/or energy related leadership role. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and deliver complex projects and programs successfully.
