It also means leading a team of specialists who support the growth of regional businesses by offering advice, guidance, and tailored financial services. Your role: Ensure effective team management by fostering an engaging work environment Maximize staff contribution by setting performance goals and conducting regular follow-ups Support organizational changes and contribute to team development through a multidisciplinary approach (Business, PB1859, Insurance, PF, etc.) Develop a competent, proactive, and engaged advisory force to deliver a superior client experience Anticipate human resource development needs based on organizational changes and strategic directions, and address them through personalized coaching Identify and develop business opportunities in your market, grow your client base, and establish business development strategies Continuously improve your knowledge and that of your team in integrated advisory services for Business and PB1859 Maximize synergy with internal and external partners Ensure maximum visibility for the Bank in the market by participating in business development activities Identify and propose changes that challenge current practices to optimize process and system efficiency Stay informed about economic developments affecting the sector and ensure that products and services meet evolving client needs Identify and manage risks inherent to the sector’s activities Create and maintain a stimulating work environment where achievement goes hand in hand with enjoyment Your team: Reporting to the Market Vice-President of Commercial and Private Banking 1859, you will act as a leader for the region and the team covering the greater Ottawa and Gatineau areas. The team consists of 10 professionals, including account managers and financing solutions managers.
