Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Lewiston, Maine. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Psychiatric Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/15/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Facility: St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center – Adult Chemical Dependency Unit (D4 Wing) The unit provides care to patients ages 15 and older with primary diagnoses of physiological dependency on alcohol, opiates, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, or other drugs. Many patients also present with psychiatric conditions such as depression, psychosis, or bipolar disorder. The unit operates 24/7. Requirements Experience: Behavioral Health experience required. Certification: BLS and CPI required. Must not be a previous employee of St. Mary’s. Must live 50 miles from the hospital; otherwise, rate will be reduced by $10/hr. Candidates with licensure or background hits will not be considered. Must be willing to float to Inpatient Adult Behavioral Health and Detox units . Must have at least 1yr of recent experience in Behavioral Health setting.
