CMO Need in Central California Work Dates Needed: ASAP Start Locum - PERM Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm or most work 4-10's open to both Worksite Setting: 100% Outpatient - Tribal Community Scope of Work: The Physician (MD/DO) 80 % administrative & 20% patient care. Collaboration is a key component of the role. Physicians are expected to work closely with other healthcare providers and support staff to coordinate patient care effectively. This involves educating patients and their families about treatment plans, preventive care, and recovery options. Physicians also collaborate with community resources, such as local hospitals and mental health providers, to manage complex cases requiring specialized or emergency care. Requirements: Valid Driver's License, Board Certification or Board Eligibility in specialty, Valid California medical license, DEA certification, and BLS certification, must pass national background check - free of any felonies & min. of 5 years supervising responsibilities.
