UX DESIGNER (BLAZOR/TELERIK)

UX DESIGNER (Blazor/Telerik) Based: Remote 25 years of professional experience as a UX or Product Designer. Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and information architecture. Experience creating designs for web applications, ideally built on Blazor or .NET frameworks. Familiarity with Telerik UI components, or similar design systems and component libraries. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for design and prototyping. Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams Awareness of HTML, CSS, or Razor components to support design-dev collaboration. Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence. Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system. Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, GA4, or Clarity) for UX improvement.
