We're looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team and lead the optimization of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. In this role, you’ll collaborate with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality, drive user adoption, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Your expertise will help shape a seamless and efficient HR experience across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support and enhance Workday HCM processes and configurations. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business requirements and improve system workflows. Lead testing, upgrades, and implementation of new Workday features. Create reports and analyze data to support business decisions. Develop training materials and support user education. Ensure data integrity, system compliance, and optimal performance. ✅ Qualifications 3 years of experience with Workday HCM, including business process framework and reporting. Strong understanding of HR disciplines: Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Talent, and HR Self-Service. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
