Country Head

Purpose of the Role: The Country Manager will have overall responsibility of guiding delivery processes along with revenue generation activities for a specific country of strategic importance and will also oversee the financials including certification to pertinent reporting authorities, maintenance of relationship with Government & Tax authorities and function as legal representative with the objective of meeting business, financial, customer experience objectives for clients in that country within the guidelines, strategy, policies, norms of the company. Understanding of key business drivers and financial levers, knowledge of consulting, IT solutions and services businesses. Areas of responsibility: Revenue Planning Prospecting/Pre Sales Developing Country Capability Statutory & Legal Compliance Delivery /People Management & Client Management Marketing & Brand Building Knowledge: Strategic drivers of business and strategic use of IT Sales and Account Management Techniques Practices and Program Management in IT consulting and Services. Skills: Client Interfacing skills People Management Relationship Building Networking Negotiation Ability to work effectively at strategic and operational levels Manage matrix organization Consultative Selling Skills. Others: Min 17 Years of experience Master's degree Location: Monterrey Experience working in a multicultural environment
