BeEpic The SuccessFactors Service Desk Analyst provides frontline and second-level support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring employees and People & Culture teams across the Spanish Caribbean and West Indies receive timely and effective assistance. This role is essential in resolving system issues, supporting users, and ensuring smooth adoption of the platform. Working closely with the SuccessFactors Manager, IT teams, and P&C departments, the Analyst guarantees consistency, efficiency, and reliability in the use of SuccessFactors. By delivering solutions, documenting incidents, and supporting improvements, the role directly contributes to user satisfaction and the effectiveness of People & Culture processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience providing IT or application support, preferably within HR systems or SuccessFactors. Familiarity with incident and service management processes. Good understanding of People & Culture workflows and processes. Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service management practices. Strong communication skills, customer-service orientation, and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Desirable: Prior hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules. Knowledge of ITIL practices. SuccessFactors and/or ITIL Foundation certifications.
