Senior Real-time Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Real-time Fullstack Engineer to join our high-performance team. In this role, you will work on critical features powering our Realtime Monitoring platform, contributing across backend and frontend technologies, integrating AI capabilities, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Key Requirements Strong fullstack development experience with backend expertise in Python and Django Frontend expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS Experience designing APIs, optimising databases, and implementing observability practices Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and S3 Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Git/GitHub, and Sentry Experience working in small, fast-paced engineering teams Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders Proactive mindset with ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers Familiarity with Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to it.jobs@mspstaffing.co.za.
