Junior Seed Production Advisor

Key Responsibilities: Assist with the planning, monitoring, and documentation of seed production crops. Conduct regular field inspections and collect data on crop growth, performance, and quality. Support the production team with crop reporting, data capturing, and document management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for production and quality control. Provide general administrative and operational support to the Seed Production Advisor and broader team. Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry quality standards. Requirements: Diploma in Agriculture or a related qualification (advantageous). Knowledge and understanding of seed production or crop management practices. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication and reporting abilities.
