The Used Car Sales Executive will be responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles, managing the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell used vehicles to prospective customers Conduct thorough vehicle presentations and test drives Build and maintain strong customer relationships Negotiate pricing and finance options within company guidelines Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Prepare accurate sales documentation and follow-up paperwork Ensure vehicles are presented to dealership standards Stay up to date with market trends and product knowledge Coordinate with the finance and aftersales departments to ensure smooth transactions Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales performance Key Attributes Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Target-driven and results-oriented Professional, courteous, and customer-focused High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Requirements Matric non-negotiable Minimum 5 years of experience in used car sales (motor dealership environment essential) Valid drivers license Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation and closing skills Computer literacy (Excel, Word, CRM systems) Remuneration Market-related salary based on experience Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
