Fluent Business English (verbal & written). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a global production support environment. Advantageous Skills & Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Information Technology Qualification (preferred but not mandatory). Minimum 2 years of IT-related work experience. Responsibilities Deliver IT operations support services with precision and professionalism. Provide production support for all BMW plants. Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents via telephone. Pre-qualify and classify incidents, identifying relationships and dependencies. Resolve system issues using user manuals and standard procedures. Monitor and process IT system error messages. Guide users through the incident management process. Initiate escalation procedures when necessary. Handle email-based support requests. Act as an information conduit between management and end-users. Participate in 24/7/365 shift-based support as part of a collaborative team. Fulfill additional responsibilities as outlined in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
