These roles are essential to support continuity of learning when regular teachers are absent. Main Responsibilities: - Deliver pre-set lessons or supervise classes in the teacher's absence. - Manage class behaviour and maintain a safe, positive learning environment. - Ensure students engage with the work set and follow school expectations.
