Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Perform office and financial administration, including cash-ups, invoices, and reconciliations Manage stock ordering, tracking, and data capturing across all departments Update product labelling and POS systems Handle HR and staff-related administration, such as timetables, tip distribution, and wastage tracking Ensure compliance with licenses and regulations (liquor, health & safety, vehicle, scale, etc.) Maintain strong relationships with suppliers Candidate Requirements: Matric certificate (minimum requirement) Valid drivers licence and reliable transport Proven stock control experience (retail or hospitality preferred) Strong administrative and financial skills Non-smoker with no visible tattoos (professional appearance required) Dependable, proactive, and a team player with excellent attention to detail
