Key requirements: IT Degree with 8 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst. Business Analyst Certification (essential). Strong understanding of systems engineering and AWS Cloud Hosting . Experience in Java development environments and Agile frameworks. Proven analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills . Organised, structured, and passionate about continuous improvement Experience conducting cost/benefit analysis . Knowledge of integration between technologies . Ability to coach and mentor colleagues . Key responsibilities: Lead the development of business cases and apply advanced modelling techniques to drive decision-making. Facilitate user training , compile user and operational manuals, and secure user sign-off . Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
