FMCG / AGRI/ MILL Internal Sales Manager, Frankfort Free State, Rneg Ben 3 years’ experience in a sales/internal sales management Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sectors advantageous knowledge of ERP systems as well as Microsoft Excel manage cross-functional processes and reporting Duties : Maintaining strong relationships with customers Managing internal sales operations Identifying growth opportunities and working closely with external sales teams. Supporting business strategy with clear communication Manage invoicing, returns, and stock transfers Maintain FIFO stock system and pricing accuracy Manage dispatch teams and pallet control process Implement and monitor the "20 Keys" continuous improvement system Approve and monitor purchase and sales orders Monitor and guide clients on credit limits Ensure accurate and timely invoicing Stay updated on technologies, products, and industry practices
