Automotive Regional HR Manager (Black Females), Pretoria, Rneg Ben Grade 12 HR degree MBA or Financial extra degree (advantageous) 7 years HR experience in Unionized HR environment Exp in Transport / Motor/ Passenger Bus Industry Driver’s License MS Office Payroll Time Attendance systems Exp Main Agreements Knowledge of Wage Determination 452, BCEA, LRA and other relevant legislation. Human Resources and Payroll Administration & Information Systems. Sound and extensive knowledge of Human resource management Duties: Responsible for compiling the HR department budget according to HR standards Conduct research and develop short- and medium-term plans for the region’s H R functionality Co-ordinate Training and development of staff developing and maintaining HR policies and internal procedures & processes Ensure legal compliance on all aspects of the personnel function with special attention to POPIA. Participate in strategy setting and specific HR Focused Projects Ensure compliance with recordkeeping and data processing procedures
