Job Description

What Youll Do: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and market share Lead impactful campaigns, events, and digital initiatives that engage customers and drive sales Drive social media and e-commerce growth, optimizing online customer engagement Provide creative direction for major brand initiatives, including product launches and campaigns Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging Manage key client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth Monitor marketing performance and implement continuous improvement strategies Lead, coach, and mentor your team to achieve strategic objectives What Were Looking For: Business or marketing-related degree (or equivalent professional qualification) 8 years in Sales & Marketing, with at least 4 years in a managerial role in FMCG Proven experience managing creative teams and leading conceptual creative development (design, art direction, copy, content) Demonstrated expertise in social media and e-commerce Strategic thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and results-driven marketing Why Youll Love This Role: Lead marketing for a trusted FMCG brand with growth opportunities Work in a collaborative, creative, and high-energy environment Make a tangible impact on brand visibility and business performance
