Travel Pharmacy Tech - $1,556 per week in Columbia, MO

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician - Inpatient Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacy Tech Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day and Mid Shifts Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in the specialty being submitted for. License: Must possess a valid license. Certifications: CPI Blue Card required for Behavioral Health RNs and LCSWs. Must-Have: - 2 references from a charge nurse or above. - Previous charge experience is preferred. Description: Shifts are 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Shift dates and times vary based on pharmacy needs and include weekends and holidays. Current needs primarily involve daytime sterile compounding. Responsibilities include hazardous and chemotherapy sterile compounding. The traveler will also be trained in other areas of the inpatient pharmacy. Examples of tasks include cabinet filling. Floating to any area of the facility may be required as a Patient Observer (PTOB) Sitter. All travelers are expected to float as needed. 50% of holidays and 50% of weekends during the contract period are required. Attendance during modules that may vary by specialty is also required. Modules are recorded by onsite management for compliance.
