Radiology - Interventional Physician

Job Title: Locum Physician - Radiology - Interventional Facility Overview: Join a leading children's healthcare facility in Dayton, Ohio, known for providing exceptional care to its young patients. The facility operates utilizing advanced technologies, including EPIC and Sentrax for electronic medical records. Job Responsibilities: Provide 24-hour interventional radiology coverage starting in October. Perform a range of interventional procedures including angiography and embolization. Work an 8-hour day shift Monday to Friday with evening and weekend call responsibilities. Collaborate with the adult group for angiography coverage when necessary. Maintain case logs and demonstrate experience specifically related to pediatric interventional radiology. Ensure compliance with the facility s credentialing standards prior to start date. Qualifications: Board certified in Radiology - Interventional. Completed an Interventional Radiology fellowship. Proven experience in Angiography and Embolization (5-6 cases per day on average). Clean background with no malpractice history. Ability to provide case logs demonstrating pediatric experience. License and Certification Requirements: Current and valid Ohio medical license (IMLC not accepted at this time). DEA, CSR, and other relevant life certifications. Credentialing details must be finalized, including availability dates. Fingerprinting required immediately after job acceptance.
