Job Description

Administrator Location: Ellesmere Port Pay: £12.82 per hour / £25,000 per annum equivalent Contract: 6-month temporary Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Join a fast-moving organisation driving innovation in life science compliance. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to support key operations and make a real impact. What you'll do: Process customer orders and invoices Coordinate logistics and shipping Manage third-party service requests Handle shared inboxes and respond to queries Track deliveries and resolve issues Keep systems and records up to date What you'll bring: 2 years' admin or customer service experience Confident using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Clear, professional communication skills A proactive, organised, and team-focused approach Experience with logistics or technical teams is a bonusReady to take the next step in your career?
