Quality Inspector

NexGen Consultancy are currently recruiting for a well established, growing precision engineering company based in Wooburn Green. Due to growth and structure change, our client are looking for a Quality Inspector to join their current team. OPERATIONAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILIES DEFINED Answering to – Managing Director (operationally) and Quality Manager (quality control ) MAIN ROLE: * Manage inspection load * First off inspection * Final inspection * Dimensional reports * In process inspection and sampling * Management of inspection equipment, calibration * Input into rcca for internal issues * Input into rcca for customer rejects * Goods inward inspection of parts, material and treatments * Programming of CMM using MCOSMOS * Program control of CMM programmes * Fair dimensional build up for sign off Development Path: * Training to quality engineer standard and input into QA
