Receiving and logging complaints related to SEND provision. - Investigating complaints thoroughly and impartially, often liaising with schools, professionals, and service providers. - Ensuring compliance with statutory guidance, such as the SEND Code of Practice - Communicating outcomes clearly and sensitively to complainants. Until the 31/12/25 This position is able to be worked from home
