Job Description
Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 35 years experi ence in procurement and administrative roles. Experience in the Aviation industry will be advantageous. Matric (Grade 12) essential; relevant tertiary qualification in Procurement, Administration, or Supply Chain preferred. Duties: Manage and process orders confirm stock, place and track supplier orders, arrange collections/deliveries, and follow up on payments and documentation. Conduct price comparisons, source materials, and coordinate with suppliers and drivers. Maintain accurate filing systems for supplier, aircraft, and compliance documentation. Oversee consumables, equipment servicing, and maintenance scheduling. Administer leave forms, timesheets, and overtime records; reconcile clock-in data and resolve queries. Coordinate the ordering, approval, receipt, and distribution of staff uniforms. Provide reception support when needed, including handling calls, visitors, and stationery requests. Ensure smooth daily operations through proactive communication, organization, and follow-up.
