Warehouse Manager - Boksburg

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at their Boksburg facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in warehousing and distribution within the manufacturing sector. Minimum requirements: Grade 12 / Senior Certificate Relevant qualification in Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution, or related field Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written) Computer literate (MS Office, inventory systems, etc.) Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch Ensure optimal space utilization and efficient workflow Implement and maintain safety, health, and housekeeping standards Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including training and performance management Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate record-keeping Collaborate with logistics and production teams to meet operational goals Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance If you do not receive feedback in 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
