Tractor Technician

Role Requirements Qualifications & Experience Completed Trade Test Certificate (Tractor, Motor, or Diesel) essential. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with tractors or agricultural machinery. Proven expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Skills & Attributes Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Physically capable of handling heavy components and equipment. High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality workmanship.
