Assist with queries and relay messages. Assist on-site visitors and inform relevant parties. Book flights, accommodation, and car rentals for employees traveling. Order and distribute stationery, office supplies, and printing materials. Create work orders for any office-related maintenance requirements. Assist sales with ad hoc employee purchases. Complete credit applications and submit necessary documents. Request quotations and place orders. Manage boardroom schedules. Assist with archiving old documents. Perform ad hoc administrative tasks. HOURS: Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
