Employment Type: 1-Year Fixed-Term Contract About the Role: A leading South African provider of telecommunications and solar energy solutions company, is seeking a qualified Electrician to join their team in Sandton on a 1-year fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical installations, maintenance, and compliance work across various telecom and solar projects. Duties & Responsibilities: Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on telecom and solar power systems. Ensure all electrical work complies with SANS standards and company safety protocols. Conduct fault finding, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Issue and verify Certificates of Compliance (COC) for completed work. Collaborate with project teams to support 5G infrastructure, tower construction, and renewable energy projects. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed. Desired Experience & Qualifications: Valid Wireman’s License. Valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) registration. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in electrical installations or maintenance (telecom or renewable energy experience advantageous). Knowledge of electrical standards and safety procedures. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Package & Remuneration: R25 000 – R30 000 CTC per month Interested?
