Your Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Pensions & Benefits Manager – Global IEB Lead to join our global Pensions & Benefits team, reporting to the Global Head of Pensions & Benefits. This collaborative team ensures comprehensive oversight, strong governance, and effective risk management for our pension & benefits programs worldwide. On top, each team member takes ownership of a particular area of subject matter in the field of pensions and benefits, ensuring best practices across regions. The CoE leads and manages a diverse portfolio of projects related to pensions and benefits but also provides both strategic-conceptual advice and practical support to our Compensation & Benefits Hub Leads in delivering competitive, locally tailored benefits while maintaining our global standards. The Pensions & Benefits Manager – Global IEB Lead plays a pivotal role in various key areas: Responsibilities Overseeing, governing, controlling global Insured Employee Benefits Programs worldwide: global ownership of Insured Employee Benefits governance, including finance strategy, risk management and cost control. Leading, managing and/or contributing to local/regional/global pensions & benefits projects, supporting continuous enhancements. Governing, managing, and shaping pensions programs: design, implementation, and conceptual pensions program offering in line with legal and regulatory requirements and our governance model and strategy. How You Will Make An Impact Global Insured Employee Benefits Component of Position Take ownership of global Insured Employee Benefits Management and governance, risk management, financing strategy and cost control. Act as single point of contact for our C&B Hub Leads and broker network on strategic insured employee benefits matters. Collaborate with global broker to ensure high quality service delivery and manage vendor relationships with focus on strategic global matters. Manage IEB finance and risk management strategy with support from our global broker. Manage global Insured Employee Risk Pools; monitor pools’ success, sustainability and preferred Insurance Network partnerships. Identify cost control measures and actions; interpret and analyze claim reports with the broker. Shape annual renewal strategy with the broker to address market developments and provide a roadmap for local brokers and C&B Hub Lead colleagues. Develop regular insured employee benefits risk management reporting for the annual pensions & benefits risk management reporting. Review and develop Insured Employee Benefits Regulation to stay aligned with the company’s people strategy and culture. Pensions & Benefits Management Component Of Position Contribute to strategic development and advise on enhanced operational execution of pension programs. Monitor & analyze country pension programs with reference to legislation changes to ensure legal compliance, risk assessment, cost control and vendor service quality, and market competitiveness. Develop and modify pension plan designs; lead vendor selection, prepare business cases, and lead implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, compliance, external consultants). Manage relationships with vendors. Draft pension plan rules (policies), member booklets and other documents; develop communication materials and strategy. Provide guidance to other HR functions to support operational delivery. Ensure data comprehensiveness and accuracy of pension and long-term commitments in the Global Benefits Data Repository. Lead/participate in roll-out and ongoing operation of country/global pension and benefit projects; collaborate with cross-functional teams. Develop target-oriented trainings to upskill the HR and C&B organization; share knowledge with stakeholders. Your Background 5 years of experience in Pensions and Insured Employee Benefits in an international environment (ideally multinational matrix organization). Degree (minimum bachelor) in Economics, Business & Administration, Law, or similar. Proficiency in IT tools; strong Microsoft Office skills. Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization; strong communication across business units, functions, and jurisdictions. Profound Project Management experience; leading and coordinating stakeholders to achieve objectives. Excellent end-to-end process thinking and analytical skills. Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management. Self-driven, collaborative, inclusive, curious, and eager to learn; able to work with diverse stakeholders.
