Context and Purpose of the job As a HR Business Partner, you will provide full cycle HR support to the employees of the Retail assigned area. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and guidelines and provide full support on employees’ relations management. Responsibilities Act as a partner in defining and implementing HR strategies aligned with Company values and business needs for the assigned market; Ensure HR operations are properly executed in the assigned area; Provide development inputs on the stores’ organization according to the business needs in cooperation with the Retail Manager; Lead the full recruiting process for stores’ roles, defining recruitment needs with the Retail Manager; Lead the talent review and succession planning process, monitor performance management review (quarterly and annual feedback), define retention strategies; Lead the salary review process; Manage employees’ relations and facilitate conflicts resolution; Coordinate disciplinary actions if needed; Liaise with HR Admin team to ensure all administrative tasks are communicated and managed: contracts, expirations, salary reviews, maternity leaves, hours variations, etc.; Maintain monthly reporting to monitor the progress of organizational charts and HC/FTEs vs budget; Work on HR budget and forecast; Schedule regular visits to stores and meetings with employees to monitor climate and support development by advising HR Learning and Development Team or Retail Training Team on training needs; Lead the Armani Retail Development Program in cooperation with HR Learning and Development Team and Retail Training Team; Act as a point of reference between the Company and the employees by creating and nurturing a trust-based relationship. Qualifications 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist/HRBP role in Retail Industry; Problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, excellent communication skills; Well organized and able to meet deadlines; Good knowledge of the applicable laws and regulations; Passionate about people management and retail environment; Fluent in Italian and English.
