Job Description
Job Description: Your tasks: Manage customer base and business activities to optimize customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, revenue, margin levels, and service contract performance. Diagnose equipment problems across major system components (controllers, hydraulics, data acquisition systems, transducers, grips, fixtures, etc.) and restore equipment operations. Perform calibrations independently relevant to the assigned customer base. Coordinate and conduct installation and maintenance activities. Implement operational requirements of the MTS Corporate and Field Service Quality System. Support service sales efforts by understanding strategic goals related to growth, margins, and marketing. Maintain service documentation in requested format for all activities at customer sites. Manage all assigned assets according to company policy (e.g., vehicles, financial instruments, service equipment). Keep current with knowledge and training in MTS technology and products. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Your qualifications: Diploma from a technical high school or 3 years of graduation in electrical engineering or similar qualification. 7-10 years of relevant experience, including support and service. Good oral and written communication skills in English and Italian. Ability to work with high personal discipline. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Willingness to travel. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain automobile/liability coverage. What we offer you: Permanent employment contract. Attractive salary.
