Job Description Enfinity is seeking to identify and appoint a manager responsible for coordinating all activities related to the identification, design, development, construction and commissioning of grid infrastructure (transmission lines and electrical substations) necessary to connect PV and BESS projects. The role includes liaising with Transmission and Distribution System Operators, external engineering companies, development partners including advisors and consultants, and coordinating with legal, business and technical development, engineering, construction and operation teams. The ideal candidate will track the status and progress of multiple projects, report to management, evaluate risks and suggest mitigation measures and technical improvements, allocate activities within the team based on workload and priorities, resolve conflicts, and maintain effective communication with external and internal stakeholders. Strong project management skills are required to manage several projects simultaneously in cooperation with team members based in Italy and Spain. Key responsibilities Assess grid connection solutions (high and medium voltage) for large-scale renewable plants to the National Grid, including grid reinforcements, construction of new HV stations or reinforcement of existing ones, and transmission lines (overhead and underground). Identify the most economical and technically feasible solution for each project according to schedule. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including independent engineering consultants, for engineering and feasibility studies. Interact with external stakeholders to discuss technical solutions and define connection agreements. Carry out cost analysis and budget control for electrical works. Manage overall project progress and collaborate with other company departments. Oversee projects through RtB, handover, and provide support to the construction team during interconnection works. Required Skills Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering At least 3 years of experience in the energy sector, with strong knowledge of HV and MV electrical substations and an electromechanical background Knowledge of the Italian Grid Code and technical requirements to connect large-scale renewable plants to the National Grid Ability to perform detailed reviews of technical documentation Fluent in Italian and English, both verbal and written; Spanish is a plus Proactive, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work without supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple projects Multitasking and prioritization skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Flexibility, teamwork, and willingness to travel when needed Advanced experience with Microsoft Office In Enfinity Global, you will find a dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
