Overview Senior Localization Project Manager (Enterprise - Rome, on-site) Location: Rome, Italy. On-site position within Translated's enterprise team. We design custom localization projects that combine artificial intelligence and human expertise to help clients communicate across languages. We serve more than 280,000 clients worldwide and work with a global network of native-speaking professional translators and AI-enabled translation tools. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the entire service offering for assigned enterprise clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time delivery (OTD). Coordinate a team of Project Managers for assigned clients, ensuring processes drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability. Directly manage complex or strategic projects during onboarding, launches, and ongoing client collaboration. Serve as the primary Project Manager contact in your time zone, attend meetings, and present production data and improvement plans during business reviews. Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Note: This position may require working on holidays and/or weekends if necessary. Requirements 5 years of experience in Localization and Project Management Self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented with ownership and accountability; comfortable navigating ambiguity Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex information Strong organizational skills with prioritization and attention to detail Proven localization and internationalization knowledge, including localization processes and technology Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment People management experience preferred Location & Perks Headquarters at Pi Campus; offices in Rome.
