IT Functional Analyst - Banking

The role of Functional Analyst requires interacting with demand client contacts to understand functional requirements and gather information needed to design an application. The person analyzes requirements and transfers results to developers and technical analysts, and is relatively autonomous in managing tasks. The candidate should be proactive in defining functional solutions, possess good user request management and analysis skills, and be willing to develop their career in the field of application projects. Who You Are You are good at what you do with the required experience, have a growth mindset, are customer-focused, and open and inclusive in how you work with others. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services environments. Degree in STEM disciplines. Experience as an IT Functional Analyst understanding functional requirements and translating them into functional analysis. Good knowledge of core banking processes such as current accounts, document management, mortgages, digital and biometric signatures, securities, derivatives, and anti-money laundering reporting. Proactive, available, and quick to learn the dynamics of an application context. Proficiency in Italian & English. Nice to have Knowledge of PL/SQL. Knowledge of standard modeling languages (e.g., UML) and notations (e.g., BPMN). Experience using requirements management and analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
