Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organisation, are recruiting for aFacility & Maintenance Manager to join their newly assembled team and help contribute towards the development of their next core projects. What you'll do Lead themaintenance strategyacross production equipment, cleanrooms, HVAC systems, and site infrastructure Develop and implementpreventive and predictive maintenance plans, aligned with GMP and EHS standards Own and optimise ourCMMS system, ensuring accurate asset tracking, work order management, and performance reporting Managecritical utilities(WFI, HVAC, compressed air, purified water, etc.) to ensure up time and regulatory compliance Collaborate cross-functionally withProduction, Quality, and Validationteams to minimise downtime and optimise throughput Overseecontractor management, ensuring safe and compliant execution of third-party work Leadroot cause analysisand corrective actions for equipment failures and facility deviations What you'll need Degree inMechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering(or equivalent experience) Requires extensive experiencein a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, ideally withinAPI or pharmaceutical production Strong working knowledge ofCMMS platforms, technical documentation, and regulatory standards Proven leadership in managingmulti-disciplinary teams and external contractors Deep understanding ofEHS, GMP, and validation protocols Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Fluency in both Italian and Englishis essential for effective communication across local and global teams If this role is of interest to you, please apply now!
