Software Requirements Engineer (H / F)

We are seeking a Software Requirements Engineer to support our aerospace projects in Milan. What You Will Do Work alongside developers to capture and structure software requirements. Draft requirements with a strong focus on testability and verification. Manage requirement traceability throughout the development lifecycle. Contribute to test activities, including integration and unit testing. Ensure alignment between system specifications, software design, and testing. What We’re Looking For University degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the role. Experience with requirements management tools (IBM DOORS). Familiarity with software testing (integration and unit testing). Background in aerospace or other safety-critical industries is an advantage. Strong analytical mindset and collaborative working style.
