Job Description Lead the implementation of the Market Reach strategy within your division, translating it into actionable sales initiatives and measurable results. Drive customer engagement and account development, strengthening relationships and uncovering new business opportunities. Manage and develop a large team of professionals, through targeted coaching and effective leadership. Collaborate actively in cross-functional projects, working with other departments to solve complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Take full ownership of the division's financial performance by managing the P&L and analyzing the key business drivers. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's/MBA is a plus. 3-5 years of leadership experience in sales, with strong knowledge of sales processes and financial metrics. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams through change. Proven strategic problem-solving capabilities combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing talents to foster collaboration. Implement structured sales management processes focused on pipeline oversight and opportunity growth. Willingness to travel nationally and reside within the geographic area of responsibility (Central-Southern Italy).
