Job Description
Overview Sustainability Manager, Fashion & Sporting Goods. As a Sustainability Manager focusing on client relationships, you'll lead client engagements, manage major accounts and complex projects within the Fashion & SG team. You will contribute to growth by cultivating strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, securing new business and co-creating solutions aligned with client needs. You will craft and implement account strategies that reflect client priorities and sustainability goals, working with internal experts to ensure quality and consistency across delivery. You'll collaborate with experienced consultants and junior colleagues to deliver impactful work within your sector and occasionally contribute to projects in other areas, while developing consulting and relationship management skills in a collaborative environment. You may progressively take on line management responsibilities to support the growth and development of junior colleagues. Responsibilities Lead client engagements, manage major accounts and complex projects within Fashion & SG, and cultivate strategic partnerships. Identify new opportunities, secure new business, and co-create solutions aligned with client needs. Craft and implement account strategies reflecting client priorities and sustainability goals; ensure quality and consistency across delivery. Collaborate with experienced consultants and junior colleagues to deliver impactful work within your sector; contribute to projects across other areas as needed. Mentor junior colleagues and progress toward line management responsibilities to support their growth and development. Contribute to revenue growth and strengthen market presence in the sector. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of work experience relevant to the role, with exposure to sustainability and/or consulting. Proven experience in project management. Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Master's degree or equivalent experience inEnvironmental Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field that equips you to guide companies in transformative, science-based strategy. Intellectually curious with a science-based mindset and motivation to learn and grow. Ability to coach, teach, and mentor team members; strong teamwork orientation. Confident using generative AI tools while valuing human judgment. Fluent in Italian and English. What you might also bring Additional knowledge in sustainability topics and/or sectors beyond your specific area. Good knowledge of sustainability frameworks and tools relevant to your expertise.
