Customer Service Specialist

Order Confirmation : Confirm customer order receipt, creation, and delivery. Monitoring & Management : Monitor and track order statuses, managing claim cases and returns. Communication : Provide clear and consistent communication between customers and internal production. Customer Support : Serve as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation. Projects & Initiatives : Support transfer projects and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Educational Background : Bachelor's Degree in Language or Economic Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience. Professional Experience : Specified years of customer service experience is a plus. Skills : SAP experience. Languages : Fluent-level English, French and German.
