Global Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities Analyze and prioritize global demands, including service requests, managing shortages to achieve the best overall result Coordinate and track intercompany orders to guarantee timely delivery; liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers Manage and support bottleneck situations and capacity constraints from supplier through to production line Support production planning prioritization to minimize bottleneck impact; assist in defining new delivery dates and customer communication Assist in coordination of transportation and delivery schedules Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks and generate regular management reports Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production planning, material disposition, and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and product availability Support risk management by identifying potential supply chain risks and assisting in developing mitigation strategies Your Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning, or procurement with solid knowledge of supply chain principles and operations Strong understanding of purchasing, corporate procurement processes and production planning Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, and Business Intelligence tools Structured, independent working style with strong team spirit, adaptability, and attention to detail Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking Language skills: fluent in English and Italian, knowledge of German is advantageous OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits WHY ALPITRONIC Together with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
