We are seeking an experienced Administration Specialist (sostituzione maternità) to join our administrative team at Esprinet Italia . Job Description: We are looking for an expert in Customer Accounting to join our administrative team for a maternity leave replacement . The person will be responsible for the following activities within the Credit Department: Client relationship management Accounting registration and reconciliation of credit-related operations Monitoring deadlines, payments, and managing payment reminders Supporting the preparation of periodic reports Collaborating with the Marketing and Purchasing teams for contribution management Profile Description: Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields; Prior experience in customer accounting or general accounting; Good knowledge of Excel and main management software; Precision, organization, and teamwork skills; We offer a fixed-term contract for maternity leave replacement.
