Your Role Your duties and responsibilities: Manage the design and implementation of SharePoint & C#-based applications, support continuous improvement by exploring alternatives and technologies, and present these for architectural review. Write well-designed, testable, efficient code; design, implement, and maintain high-volume, low-latency SharePoint & C# applications. Participate in software solution design, implementation, and maintenance for services to banks, focusing on the software lifecycle and release management. Support new product implementation projects and the transition to cloud systems in a dynamic, international environment. Other duties: We may ask you to perform additional tasks as your role expands. Your Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required Master's degree with honors in a technical/scientific field (computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, economics). 2-5 years of experience in SharePoint & C# application development. Knowledge of Agile development methodology. Fluent in Italian and English. Strong problem-solving and design pattern skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; team-oriented attitude. What We Offer Permanent employment contract. Location Assago, Rome.
