The candidate will be responsible for all HR related tasks, with a strong focus on Performance Management, Payroll and Administration, Legal Issue. RESPONSABILITÀ Manage the hiring process Define and deliver employment contracts Manage promotions, organizational changes, hiring, termination; Perform HR staffing including handling procedures related to international mobility, dismissal, resignation, retirements; Handle potential disciplinary and termination process PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE - Strong experience in Retail HR activities - Act according to the Brand values - Fluent in English and Italian. - Availability to travel into the stores J-18808-Ljbffr
