Chief Accounting Job Description: Lead, manage, and mentor the accounting staff to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations. Review and ensure compliance of accounting paperwork of junior and senior staff, adhering to company procedures and standards. Provide professional development and mentorship to team members. Ensure the company adheres to all accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Report directly to the Tax Manager , providing regular updates on team performance and project status. Supervise and manage client Accounting projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Qualifications: Graduated from a reputable university with a major in Accounting or Fiscal Administration. Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting or 3 years of experience in the same role. Holding a Brevet , Accountant , CPA , or other professional certification are highly preferred. Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) is must. Have experience working in consultant is highly preferred. Fluent in English , both written and conversational. Willing to work in YARD office at Ungasan, Badung Bali.
